Personality Type We all come in different shapes and sizes. We all have strengths and weaknesses. What's right for one person may not be right for another. There are things that are important to someone but others don't care about at all! And sometimes one's behavior doesn't make any sense to the other. Everyone lives together in the same world but everyone is unique and will not always see things the same way. By learning more about one's own Personality, and about other Personality Types, we can come to a better understanding of our strengths and weaknesses. We can improve interpersonal relationships, realign expectations towards others, and gain a better self-knowledge that will help to define and achieve goals.
